Established in 1977 Chelsea Decor is a local, family owned business situated in the hills of Perth.
Owned by Gemma and Travers, Chelsea Decor is a multi-award winning window coverings and soft furnishing business with customer service (and quality products) being a key focus. With a rich legacy spanning over four decades, Chelsea Decor has consistently transformed spaces, reflecting the unique personalities and lifestyles of their clients.
With both owners having renovated their own home, Gemma also has a degree in Interior Architecture and is passionate about environmental solutions (with green star qualifications) as well as colours, fabrics and wallpapers. Travers, a qualified electrician, has all the answers (and suggestions) when it comes to motorised products and external areas, installing all of our custom made products.
Making up the Chelsea Decor family are our much loved Ruth and Erin. Both are also fully qualified interior designers and they too love seeing homes transform (whether through the building stage or renovations).
Ruth has an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for creating stunning spaces. With her years of experience in the industry, Ruth has mastered the art of blending functionality and aesthetics seamlessly. Her innovative approach to design incorporates a perfect balance of colors, textures, and materials, ensuring that each project is a unique reflection of her client's personality and lifestyle. (She also likes rainy days, dated British crime drama’s and coffee!!! Don’t speak to her in the morning until she’s had at least 3!)
Erin is the youngest of the Chelsea Decor family. Erin brings her unique flair and impeccable taste to every project she tackles. Erin's infectious enthusiasm and unwavering dedication inspire those around her, making her a natural leader in our team (aka the boss!). Erin's creativity knows no bounds, and her clients' satisfaction is always her top priority. (She loves her puppy Scooter, food and long walks up big hills!)
